By accessing or using the Strady application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property
The core code of the Strady App is open source and is subject to the terms of its specific license. However, the name "Strady," its logos, and the overall look and feel of the user interface are the exclusive property of Cornseed srl and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. User Obligations
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the App's functionality or other users. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the App.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
